Escalation!!!!

I have a BB account with a total tech membership. Since day one, there is nothing listed in my account on my end that indicates I have a tt membership or any purchases. I have 2 purchases and 1 total tech membership.

 

I've talked with 20+ representatives to get this fixed and no one respsonds. This is now going on 6 weeks with NO access to anything! 

 

On the BB end, all the reps can see everything just fine but, I see nothing! If I click on Total Tech Membership, it tells me to pay another $199 which I've already paid!!!!

 

Your customer service, tech support, lack of supervision, professionalism and courtesy does NOT exist.

 

Please advise.
