Escalated and annoyed

I need to know how I can get in contact with someone from the executive office. I am a new total tech support member and this has by far been the most horrible experience. I continually get the run around, I spend countless hours either on hold or with different agents that ALL tell me different things. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. At this point any help is appreciated.

What issues are you experiencing? A moderator will be by to address your concerns but some of us normies may be able to assist in the mean time.

At this point I would prefer to speak to someone from the executive office. I have wasted many hours trying to get this issue resolved. I no longer have any patience with Best Buy. Please let me know when or how I can speak to that office. Thank you.
