Empty box

I recently bought a MacBook for my family to use around the house and I received an empty box, I am very upset and just took a loss on $3000, I already went through the investigation process and it came back negative, I contacted FedEx about the situation… I will unfortunately not be contacting the police about this, because of recent interactions with the police, I refuse to come in contact with the police. I may be never using Best Buy again because of this situation, I know you guys don’t care but I am very frustrated.

If you go to the top of the page there is a yellow envelope icon. Once you click on this icon, you will be able to see your private messages.
