Employee posting political inputs and calling people snowflakes?

I don’t see how this is okay?! A kid posted about how he was forced to take off his trump mask and said made people mad while proceeding to call them snowflakes. This is not right nor a good brand for store 1408.... it’s all over his Facebook while in uniform... what happened to Bestbuy keeping up with people their brands and employees....

@BriReyn

Ah the cancel culture... alive and well I see. While I agree it's not very professional to post controversial things online in your employer's uniform, I don't think the "kid" needs to be fired now, does he? What's happening to us?

Never once said the kid should be fired. I’m just saying it’s disrespectful in uniform. Educate yourself before you call out cancel culture....
