Employee hacked my Panera account and ordered food for himself and co-workers!

An employee at the Woodbridge New Jersey store hacked into my Panera account and ordered food four separate times last week. He has stolen $200 from my checking account. Two times the food was delivered by door dash to the Best Buy store and two times he picked up the food from Panera in his two door Honda Accord and brought it back to work. I have called and complained two times now and no one from the store or the corporate office have calling me back. The employee left his name on one of the orders. His name is Jay. He also left his phone number on one of the orders. I called him on Friday and he apologized. No one has refunded me the $200 that he stole.
I cannot believe that a company like Best Buy would condone employees stealing not only from innocent people but from their own customers as well. I have been a customer of Best Buy for many years and even have one of their credit cards.

Where is the button? Nothing says “private message”. I clicked on the dark blue box and sent all that info already.

You may need to view from a computer, or if on a mobile device you may need to switch to the full view.  Unfortunately the dumbed down mobile view doesn't show signatures.  I can confirm, when viewed from a desktop browser the link shows up in Deysha-BBY's signature.

You need to click on Deysha-BBYs name and then on the next screen is a link for Private mesage.
