Employee Feedback

I recently had a great experience with an employee but did not receive a customer service survey via email/phone.

At store #864 on 5/25/19, we were helped by Bri with an iPhone upgrade. She was VERY helpful, nice and patiently answered all of our questions. We left the store confident that we had everything we needed and didn't miss out on any deals.

I would go back to that specific store for future phone purchases due to the service we received.
