Disappointed in BEST BUY today. I cannot reach a live soul at the Miami Beach store. Held the line for a collective hour and a half. Called Elite Plus customer service several times for help, but was pulled farther down the rabbit-hole. Reps Corona and Henry (whose names I remember) miscarried my concerns and dropped my calls. Henry might be the worst though... said he needed "3 minutes to explain" to his supervisor, but he kept me on hold for a cold 9+ minutes. Nobody was good today, but Henry was the only one who lied to me. On second thought, it was probably for the best because when I'm not on hold, I am exposed to deeply personal conversations happening around the primary rep. So, I'd like to retract what I said about Henry. He was most likely sparing me from whatever was troubling Miss Brenda. At any rate, I feel like the dedicated Elite Plus line is funneled into bank of misanthropes, and I still need to speak with someone at Best Buy Miami Beach.
