Elite Plus Member Leaving BB over CS issue

I need to discuss an issue that is causing me to pull all business from Best Buy. It is customer service related. I have been an Elite Plus member for over 5 years. I actually just got hung up on when trying to speak to a manager because the agent was causing more issues. All conversations have been recorded on my end.

This is an issue that needs to be discussed now. I already returned every single item in my 45 day window (over $900) because of this issue AND ITS NOT EVEN AN ISSUE THAT REQUIRES MONEY TO SOLVE. JUST ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
