Easy replenish not working

I have an OfficeJet Pro 8710 that is enrolled in Easy Replenish.  My printer is running low on ink, but I have not seen anything ordered yet.  How exactly does this work?

Does anyone care about this?  I paid for a service that's evidently not working... waiting 5 days for an answer is not acceptable to me...

I do apologize that our response came a little later than usual. I understand that you have some concerns regarding our Easy Replenish program. Depending on how you have your account set up, you will either get replacement ink cartridges on a set timely basis, or, if you have Smart Replenish, you should automatically receive new ink when you need it.
