I purchased a Canon TR8520 printer today from Best Buy. The link to register for Easy Replenish (bestbuy.com/CanonEasyReplenishEnrollment) said to use the cloud app on the printer to enroll. When I attempt to do this I get the message that this service is not available. I am connected to wifi. Please advise- I would like to enroll if able.

After doing some research I would recommend ensuring that the firmware and drivers have been installed.
