I am trying to enroll in easy replenish and I can't. I go through the wizard and all I get is an error that says the printer claim code cannot be found. I also see on the best buy site it says "To get your Easy Replenish enrollment going, you need to enter your printer’s serial number on HP’s website." Which is very vague. I have added the printer to my account on HP, which I assume is what this means, but I still can't get easy replenish to setup. Any help?

Welcome to our community forum. Discovering that your printer is out of ink is never fun so our Easy Replenish is a great way to avoid that! I looked through those and there is nothing there that addresses my answer. I just can't get through the second step of the wizard to get the HP site to recoginze the printer claim code.
