I have been trying to cancel 2 easy replenish items since April. I called on 4/3, 5/1, and 6/3, and all reps tell me the subscription isn't showing in the system. I get the emails telling me they will fill the order soon, so I call. They tell me there is nothing pending. Then I get charged and the product ships. What is it going to take to get these unauthorized orders cancelled? I just got charged again today. This is 4 months now. This is ridiculous! How do I make it stop??? Please help!!!!!

You should be able to cancel that subscription on your end. Please head over here for instructions on how to sign in to your account. Once in, you should have the ability to cancel that subscription.

Kyle, it is not that simple. I sent you a private mesaage with some details. This needs to be elevated to a tech support person who can look behind the curtain and figure it out. When I login, there are no subscriptions displayed in the easy replenish section. Every BB person I talk to looks on their basic interface and see the same thing, that nothing is active. Yet here we are, I am getting bogus charges that are bordering on fraudulent/theft. Somebody has to have access to find what is driving these shipments. I can forward you any/all of the emails where they tell me they are going to charge me, and then the confirmation emails after theydo charge me. I call when I get the emails the day before they charge me, and the BB people look, and see nothing. I need help!!!

I am having the same issue, I have been trying to cancel this subscription since june. I just received an email today that they is getting ready to ship and I DO NOT WANT IT. No one in the store seems to be able to help nor anyone at the customer service center. This is beyond frustrating, I have cancel under the easy replenish tab on my account but I cnontinue to receive this order every month. PLEASE HELP!!!!! I would like to cancel my order. Thanks
