Good evening! I hope everyone is well and safe.


We bought one item and received two. The purchase was online and 30 days ago.


We have been trying to return one of the items as we do not pay for the same but we have been informed (in the store and phone) that there are no two orders and we cannot return the duplicate item.


We are trying to do it right. How shall we proceed?
