Welcome to our forums, and thank you for posting your question! It’s disappointing to hear the drone you purchased with us is no longer functioning as expected, especially considering your purchase was made such a short time ago.
Using the information you’ve provided upon joining our Support Forums, I believe I was able to locate the order in question. It looks like you’re still within the return/exchange period offered by our Return & Exchange Promise, however, we’ll be unable to accept items for return that are not in like new condition. This would include items that are damaged or in need of repair, and if you have any other questions regarding the terms of our Return & Exchange Promise, you’ll find more information here.
With that said, you should still be within the manufacturer’s warranty offered by DJI, so you may be able to utilize their warranty to repair the issues you’ve run into, without purchasing any other plans or services.
