Double Charged


I bought a speaker three days ago and I was charged twice. At first my payment was cancelled so I paid second time, but when I checked my bank account it was showing that money was deducted twice from my card. I went back to the store but they said money will get back into my account by next morning. It has beed three days now and nothing has come back. This is really frustrating because I don’t have time to go back to store every day or keep calling you guys with hours of waiting time. I need my matter to be resolved. I tried calling cutomer service too, but they say that it is a matter of store and they are not responsible for anything.
This is the worst experience. If I have to give stars I will give negative stars.
