Let's say I make a $800 purchase of multiple items in one order for 24-month financing on the BestBuy credit card. And for example if I end up returning one of the items for $200 and it gets credited as a payment, do I still get to keep the 24-month financing on the remaining $600 order?

Hey there, labnikki!
Thank you so much for reaching out and joining us here on our community forum! Considering our financing is such a great option, I can understand wanting to make sure of this concern. Generally speaking, as long as the qualifying item remains on the order, you should be fine to make that return.
I hope this information is useful! You can find more information about Best Buy’s Return & Exchange Promise here. I would also be more than happy to document our interaction here at our Corporate Campus. If so, kindly use the “PrivateMessage” button below my signature to send your:

Okay, so if I understand correctly, if there is a problem with an item after the order already appeared on my credit card statement, I can return it without worrying about the financing being affected? Thank you!

Your financing has a minimum dollar about that needs to be fulfilled to be valid. If any of your return causes it to go under that amount your account could be adjusted to remove that promo and you would be charged the interest that was due on the principal of the total remaining for the interest charges.

It is my pleasure! As hockeycanuckjc stated, there is a minimum dollar that needs to be met for the financing to stay valid. Reach out if you ever need any further assistance.
