Disrespect by the Best Buy Credit card customer service emptor and Never receiving money credit to a

My best buy experience has been horrible in store and especially on the phone trying to get my money back with Best Buy Credit card company the bank they use which is Citibank. I called over 20 times for my money that supposed to went to my bank account for two weeks and I never got it then I called back and was told that it wasn't processed correctly. After I didn't receive my money that was credited to my bank account after about three weeks I told them to sent it by mail and it's been going on 2 weeks and still did get my check. I called today and I was upset different members lied to me and one went off on me and I have the recording to prove it he went off on me and stated he didn't care and hung up in my face which was so unprofessional even though I was upset he should of never disrespected me the way he did. I will never recommend Besst Buy to anyone or the Best Buy Credit card because dealing with Best Buy Credit card has been a nightmare and has ruined my summer.

Dealing with credit card situations is never a fun time, and it’s saddening to know these have ruined your summer.  Although I realize you’re looking unfavorably upon Best Buy for your credit card, we’re always happy to listen, and help if at all possible!  Thanks again for registering with the Best Buy forums to let us know!

 

With apologies, I’d still have to ask you to work with Citibank N.A., the card holding company, for resolution.  They can be reached by calling 1-888-574-1301.  We’re not able to access their records to assist with these concerns, but we’re truly hoping you’re able to work with them to figure this out.
