Dispute a Charge

I bought a computer last month them I returned because was not working the way that I want so went and I got another
Computer and happened the same .I got another computer
And it was not the Wright today I went to returned and my
Return was denied because according to this other company
I was abusing the return policy when I went to the store
The sales person told me you can return any time .Well I call customer services and they were very rude they didn’t want to help me the told me to contact the other company and they
Told me the same things .I feel I had been acuse of something wrong that the way the person in the store treat me
So since I nobody want to help me I’m going to have to dispute the charge
