Disappointing

Very difficult to reach someone that can assist in resolving an issue.  Spoke to 5 different individuals, disconnected, spoke to a 6th individual, the end result was asked to wait for the item to be returned so a credit can be applied that Best Buy shows on the order that it was returned and the credit applied on 11/22/18.

 

Have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years, Elite Plus rewards member for several years.

 

No easy way that I can find to get help.

After multiple attempts to speaking with agents over the phone, it would be understandable to register with the Best Buy forums for further assistance.  Although I cannot promise a different result will take place, you bet, I’d like nothing more than to take a closer look!
