I am trying to redeem an Internet Security (3-Device) 6 Month Subscription, but even though I found an email saying it's ready, I don't see it in my Digital Library, which is where the email says to go to redeem it. I tried using the chat feature and it assigned me an agent, but I've been waiting for a response from them for about 25 minutes with no luck. I couldn't find an email for customer support and don't have time to stay on hold since I'm expecting another call, so I'm trying to send this question here too.
