Didn't Receive Digital Item Code

Hello,

I've bought a refurbished Acer Spin 1 laptop that came with a free code for Shutterfly yet I didn't receieve the instructions in my email despite it saying that the instructions have been sent. It has been almost a week and any help would be apprectiated.
