Did not get my Best Buy Visa Credit Card



I got my Best Buy Visa Credit card approved in a Best Buy store a little bit more than a month ago. I used it to pay a 55" TV. I was told I was getting the card in 10 business day, but I have not received the card yet. I have not been able to contact anybody on the phone beccause im out of the country and cant understand anything when calling customer service.


Im worried because I do not know how to pay or how much I need to pay. Please contact me for help.

The cards are sent by Citibank - so Best Buy wouldn't really be able to assist with this. The Citibank customer care number for Best Buy customers is 1-888-574-1301. They're the only ones who would be able to see what is going on with your card shipment.
