I recently left a negative and harsh review of a gaming mouse with a button that wasn't actuating when I recieved it. Embarassingly, I think it might have been user error because upon removing some extra packaging and tabs the button seems to be working fine. I don't want to leave a harsh and negative review of the mouse because of something that I might have missed in unpackaging it.
