My product is delayed with no information. Due to the Best Buy promo I was required to trade my phone in before the point of sale to get the promotion. The order was suppose to be here 2/7/22 and is still not showing it has shipped. I am no without a cellphone and no clue when my device will be on the way. The customer care around this situation is awful and you are just passed on. Overall its been an awful expierence.
