Please feel free to post publically when I can actually expect to pick up the stovetop at my local Best Buy based on the information you get from your supplier.

Do you have any updates on this?
How long could it take to call your supplier and find out when the stove top will be ready? Does not seem like it should take but a few minutes on the phone....

Thank you for your continued patience. We have not yet received an exact time for when your order will be available for pickup. The manufacturer is aware that we are awaiting inventory in order to complete your order.

I was not asking if the manufacturer was aware that we were waiting, but thank you for that useless information.
Have you or anyone at Best Buy SPOKE or even reached out to your supplier specifically about my order? If so, have they been able to give you an expected shipment date?
Just giving me the information that your computer has is not sufficient. I would like someone at Best Buy that actually cares about customers to do some real follow up and provide REAL customer service and support.

We did get in contact with the supplier, and at this time, they do not have a specific timeframe to when it will be available. However, you will be notified when it does become available. You are welcome to contact the store and pick a different one if it’s something you’d like to do. We appreciate your time and patience.

NO. I did not get the answer that I needed. I was a retail buyer most of my entire carreer and the assertion that a supplier has no idea of when their product will be available is preposterous. If that is truly the case, you should stop using that supplier.
If I had wanted another stovetop, I would have bought one. I selected the one that I did and purchased it from you because that is the one that I want and at the price with the gift card that I purchased it with.
To offer to me to simply go select another one with no compensation for my time and frustration is unacceptable.
I want the one that I purchased from you on line at the price offered with the special offer that was offered at the time that I purchased it.
