Damaged Product on Arrival



I recently purchased a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 15.6" that arrived with a chip on the front side of the unit. I was surprised to find this cosmetic damage because the outer shipping box was fine on arrival, but the box for the unit inside the shipping box was a bit dirty and dented.


I would like to know if it is possible to receive a credit for this damage rather than return the unit.
