Damage to home-lack of response by Best Buy

I had a Bosch dishwasher installed in September and two weeks later we realized it had been leaking the entie time.  Although Best Buy replaced the unit, I have had no response from Best Buy's insurance company about the damage caused by the water leak.  I left several messages, but not one person has called me back.  What can I do to talk to a human being??
