Let me start off with I bought something mid-dec and ended up returning it because i just didnt need it in the end. when purchasing i used my debit card and i usually dont put my pin in but i decided i might as well. about a week later i end up returning one item and getting a price adjustment on 2 other things, because why not? so I did it thinking I saved a lot. At this point I shouldve just kept the items and sold them to some idiot for same price rather than return a brand new freaking item and not see my money back for over 2 weeks. no money still..
Called corporate number since i know customer service in store can only do so much, and they claim it takes a "business cycle" which is 25-30 days. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT STATE IT WILL TAKE 30 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A DEBIT CARD RETURN. They process ALL returns as CREDIT, so you won't see your money until you get a statement. Corporate is no help and everyone I've spoken to has horrible communication and didn't even take any innitative to make it a better experience. Why is there no printed writing on the debit card returns being processed as credit? Haven't seen my money yet and I probably won't at this point.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our forum page. I apologize for the delay in response, as we continue to dig into posts from customers during our busy holiday season.
Regardless, it's important to us that this delay you may have experienced with a refund was resolved. Have you seen the money returned to you now, and is there anything else we can help you with?
