Just the facts.
Had the following in my cart since earlier today.
Panasonic - 4K Ultra HD Dolby Atmos Audio DVD/CD/3D Blu-Ray Player - Black
Price - $99.99
Went to grab credit card and finish transaction. Decided to shop for a 4K BluRay (Overlord) to go along with it. Selected a title, added it to my cart, and was checking out. Got "Deal has ended" and player price jumps to $179.99. Of course the 4K title jumped up too.
What I'm asking for is a chance to finish the transaction. If I was in a store and it was closing, I would still be able to complete my purchase while I'm standing at the counter and digging out my credit card - right?
Of course I went to chat with customer service. No dice. No one is chatting outside of business hours. Called the 1-888-BEST BUY number - after multiple loops through the robot, was told that no one is available outside of business hours.
So 20 minutes invested in finding this site and hopefully getting a manager or someone to cut me a break and let me buy at least the 4K player.
