Customer service

The BB and GS customer service is terrible. I call all of the phone numbers and nobody ever picks up. Left on hold for hours. It's the worst buying experience I've ever had. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Go to PC RICHARD'S or another store if you can. Shame on BB and GS.

Thank you for joining our Community and sharing your feedback with us.  Although our phone support teams have been seeing an increase in call volume as of late, it’s no less frustrating when having to wait for hours in order to get a response, and I apologize for this inconvenience.
