Customer service with citi bank

We called to fix and issue with the account. They didnt have the right address on file and had the wrong email. I was looking into my account today and noticed an issue. I missed the last payment for a purchase by one month and they charged me 600 dollars in in interest. They wouldnt help me during this troubling time for everyone. They said theres nothing they can do to help me. I have been taking care of a patient who is dieing for the past year so i have not had time for myself. I checked into my card to see why the balance was so high and they charged me interest because i missed the promotional period by one month. The person on the phone was so rude and didnt seem to care at all. Im just thinking about canceling all my citi bank cards due to this issue and never buying anything from best buy again. I had autopay setup to pay off the balance on time and some how it didnt. This is just ridiculous. Never late on a payment and no one cares.

You said it your self you missed a payment. You got hit by the deferred interest charges. Best Buy isn’t able to reverse this charge. Only Citi bank is.
