Customer service/return complaint

I would like to find out how I can file a formal complaint regrading the horrific service that I received at one of the Best Buy stores in Las Vegas,NV. I believe that Best buy has denied my right to return an item I purchased online. Please let me know what options i have to complain about this. Thank you.

This is actually the right place to do so. Tell your story here and a Best Buy moderator will be buy to address it officially. The folks that moderate these forums are corporate employees.

There are a few common reasons for a denial:  No proof of purchase or receipt, product being returned is damaged and no longer in original condition, or that our corporate partner TRE has blocked you due to excessive returns.  

I am a Best Buy Employee, but the views that I post are my own and not that of Best Buy.
