Customer service email

I had an issue with switching from Geek Squad to the Total Care package with the billing because I was given incorrect information. I was told by Geek Squad that I need to email Best Buy about this but can't find an email.

Total Tech Support is a great option for any family, or individual! It’s frustrating to hear you have an issue with the billing due to some incorrect information that was communicated to you. I’m sorry to hear that an expectation to email us may have been set when we’re not currently supporting that option at this time. There have been so many things that were miscommunicated to us about this situation so we cancelled our service and are waiting for a refund. I'm disappointed that so many errors have taken place over something that should have been an easy fix. Better training needs to take place to create better customer service.
