Customer Survey Site does not work

Hello,

 

When attempting to provide feedback on the survey site(www.bestbuycanadacares.ca), there is nothing to click on. Its blank. Can't even answer the first question.

 

So can't provide feedback by your provided site.

Best Buy Canada has their own website with different support channels. These forums are for U.S. customers. Are you trying to leave feedback for a Best Buy Canada location or a store that is located within the U.S.?

And Best Buy Canada has a different support site than Best Buy United States. The reps here wouldn't be able to assist with that. It looks like (just perusing their site) that they took away the email address they had for feedback so you would have to contact the 1-888-237-8289 number for assistance with that. The team here may have some contacts in Best Buy Canada, but usually this is not the place for Canadian based support.
I am not a forum moderator nor voice of corporate. One of the corporate moderators will be with you as soon as they can for the official response from Best Buy. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a while for a response.
