Customer Survey Issues

I received an email about participating in a 30 minute survey and I’ve always enjoyed my Best Buy experiences so wanted to provide feedback. After going through the initial questions and being accepted to do it, I get taken into the first set of questions and it just all fell apart. Half the questions have no answers and it looks like it was written by a 15 year old. If you would like to email me at the email associated with my account, I’d be more than happy to send a picture I screenshotted from the survey. Generally a business pays to have these surveys done and even if Best Buy didn’t, someone dropped the ball.

Welcome to our community.  Best Buy relies heavily on the feedback of our valued customers to identify areas of improvement and recognize team members who provide superior service to those who enter our stores.  I’m sorry to hear that you had a bit of trouble submitting your feedback, but I’d be happy to relay any messages for you and formally document your remarks at our Corporate campus.
