I suggest you start caring about your customers. This forum is so user-unfriendly I do not even know how to or where to post my complaint. I have a gift card which I bought for $400 through someone who wanted to scam me but thankfully failed because I reported to the Police .
I have tried to resolve the problem since February 28, 2020 using the customer service line, 888 237 8289 and 888 716 7994 but both those limes keep referring me to the other line. It's shameful and should stop.
Check my case # {removed per forum guidelines} which was an upgrade of the previous case # {removed per forum guidelines}. I need my $400 refunded to my American Express Card or a new Gift Card given so I can purchase some items for that money but I would prefer to just receive the refund.

Your saying someone who was not Best Buy scammed you of $400?
