Customer Service HELP!!!

I recently picked up a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I'm currently with ATT, however, initially I ordered an unlocked Note 9 in store with activation through Sprint as this was the most cost effective way to get the phone. I would have to pay for 1 monthly service charge of $25, cancel the services, and then be able to use it on my ATT network. The total cost of the phone was $699.99, with a tax of about $50. Before I was able to pick up the order in the store, as it was a ship to store order, a new promotional offer became available through ATT through Best Buy for the Note 9 as an upgrade for $699.99. I asked the sales associate over the phone if it would be cheaper going with the ATT route and cancel the unlocked Note 9 as I would save on the $25 monthly service fee with Sprint. The associate told me that going with the ATT promotion would be cheaper that way, and we proceeded with cancelling the original unlocked Note 9. However, to my dispare, the promotion with ATT turned out to be much more expensive as it was $699.99, but added a $78 tax (based on the original price of the phone at $999.99). This is so disheartening as I ended up spending more on the phone. When I asked the store about this, they could not answer why the 2 taxes were different, as both the unlocked Note 9 and the ATT Note 9 retail for $999.99. I called the Best Buy customer service line at 888-238-8289, but they were not able to help me, and they told me to contact Coorporate. After searching the internet, I realized there's no direct way of contacting "Coorporate." Please help me, as I feel that I needlessly spent almost an extra $30 between the unlocked and ATT Note 9. Thank you!
