True story: I had a miserable experience in a store today, where a manager of a store actually called me an unacceptable name to her coworkers. I was furious and came on this forum to air my grievances. I quoted exactly what said about me. Then, an hour later, I get an email from the "forum keeper" saying my post has been taken down because I used the managers name and said exactly what she called me? I'm feeling like this whole Best Buy customer service/forum thing isn't there for customers at all. More of a corporate security blanket kind of thing. Thank
God for Amazon.

To address your second concern first, posts containing profanity are not permitted on Best Buy's forums, nor is profanity using symbols to attempt to conceal the word and circumvent our filters. This does include quotations by others that contain profanity as well.
