Does Best Buy have a customer service email address? I want to know the policy on returning an item that does not work as promised, simply does not work nor does the manufacture respond to tech support questions. I purchased the item(s) 3 days ago.

In short, the vast majority of the items in store qualify for a 15 day return period, while our elite and elite plus members are granted an extension to this. There are some final sale items, and some items that are non-returnable once opened as well as a few other exclusions.
