I'd love to have a BB Specialist here please forward this onto the appropriate dept.
I placed an online order for a tv/install/haulaway for my senior parents. BB installers never showed for their first appt but BB did call that night to reschedule for this Saturday. My parents wake up this morning to an email saying their order was canceled. For an 85 year old tech naive couple this was confusing and upsetting.
I called BB toll free number and was going in hot. The customer service agent named Mimi that I spoke to was calm, sweet, addressed every issue, was apologetic, and was able to reorder everything for me at the discounted price that was available when I first placed the order for my parents.
I know customer service isn't the job for everyone. I did it when I was young but now wouldn't make it past the first negative call without being fired. I feel it's important to recognize someone when they go above and beyond, and Mimi at your 888 CS number not only went above and beyond handling my issue, but I can tell she has the demeanor to handle any call that comes to her.
I'd really appreciate this message getting to someone that can log this compliment for Mimi because she most definitely deserves it.
