Customer Assistance

Hello,

 

I have an issue I'd like to email someone about.  I do not feel that customer service should be a shared experience for all to see on the forum or on social media.  Is there a way that I can email customer service?  Chat is not available right now and I am not able to talk on the phone and wait while I'm transferred or put on hold.  

 

Sending an email with my issue to someone who can address it or forward to the appropriate person to address is better than sitting at a computer in a drawn-out chat session, waiting on the phone and explaining my issue over and over again while I'm transferred, or putting it out for all to see in these fora or on social media.
