Credit card auto paid three times.

I made a payment on my Best Buy card I believe the day before yesterday.. and then I turned on auto pay. And noticed it was a second payment made yesterday which I thought was probably auto pay even though I had paid it it paid it again. but then I went on there today and it paid again so now I have three Auto pays for the same Best Buy card. I need help reversing two of them.

Call citibank directly. Bestbuy doesn't have that type of access to your account

Thanks for reaching out to us. I always utilize AutoPay, and have run into some similar issues like this, myself. It can definitely be frustrating, and I can understand reaching out for assistance!

 

As nckhammond mentioned,  Citibank, N.A. is the issuer of your My Best Buy credit card account, and we are unable to access your account to review this with you. However, giving Citibank a call at  (888) 574-130 would be your best route for assistnace.
