Credit Card

I purchased a credit card a few months ago. Before I left the store I told the guys I could no longer go through with getting the card and left the store. I never received a credit card or anything to do with a credit card. But I keep getting statements saying I owe money. Why would I owe money when I have nothing to even give money for. It’s making my credit go down too.

If you applied and were approved, some of the Best Buy Visa Cards can have an annual fee which is determined by creditworthiness. My recommendation is to contact Citibank at the number listed on your billing statement. This would be the only scenario I can think of where you would have a balance without charging anything. I would not recommend disregarding this fee as it can have a negative impact on your credit score.

It sounds like there's a possibility you decided to opt out of the credit card process after an approval was already done. With this in mind, I'd suggest reaching out to Citi Bank N.A. at 1-888-574-1301. While I would love to be of further assistance here the My Best Buy card is managed in its entirety by Citi Bank.
