Corsair Headset

I purchased the HS60 corsair model awhile back, and at the checkout the guy told me I could bring it back in whenever and get newer model. I went back into there today for first time in several months and seen that they put a newer model out, and left without thinking to ask them about it. Is there a time limit to that, or would I still be able to go back in and get the other model?

Do you have a protection plan on the headset? You can only do returns within 15 days of purchase (30 days if you're My Best Buy Elite, 45 days if you're Elite Plus). We do not have a program where you can exchange the units for the newer model outside of the return policy.

Per the terms of our Return & Exchange Promise, most items are returnable within 15 days, 30 days for My Best Buy Elite members, and 45 days for My Best Buy Elite Plus members. If you have a Geek Squad Protection plan for the item, you may be able to have it replaced if it is defective.


At this time, there is no program that allows you to exchange items for newer ones, unless you are referring to the Best Buy Trade-In program, which enables you to receive a Best Buy gift card for certain items.
