Corporate Customer Service Went Dark and lied to BBB

Best Buy agreed to pay me the $100 owed. Best Buy has not paid me pursuant to its self-imposed deadline. In addition, Best Buy has gone silent. I would appreciate you handling this matter and sending a check to me for $100 via overnight mail. Best Buy's actions in this matter are below any standard of reasonable customer service. Not only did Best Buy not fulfill its promise to me, it deceived the Better Business Bureau and caused it to prematurely close my complaint.
