Good afternoon! My wife recently purchased us a Klipsch sound bar from our local Best Buy. Unfortunately, the device is no longer operating correctly and we are attempting to obtain a copy of our original receipt to assist in potential warranty support from Klipsch. She paid with a credit card in store but did not have a Best Buy Rewards account set up at the time.
I followed the instructions in the forum guidelines and made contact with the local store where we purchased the sound bar. They told me they were unable to look up a purchase by credit card number, only purchases made that had been linked to a Best Buy Rewards account.
Since contact with my local store failed, I am attempting to to reach out to a BB board administrator that can assist me with researching the issue here. I had reached out via PM last week but did not receive a response. I am posting here in order to coordinate with an available admin that is able to assist with the issue.
