Constantly being hung on

I've literally called Credit Card Support and been hung up on 5 times since last night. I waited an hour to speak to a manager and we were in the process of taking care of my account and was disconnected/hung up on. Who do I speak to about this because this is not acceptable. The fact that I was patient enough to try 5 times was stupid on my end.

Citibank is the lone provider for Best Buy Credit cards, they would be the best group to speak to regarding the issues that you are having. Unfortunately Best Buy employees, including the moderators here, have no access to your Best Buy credit account through Citibank.
