I've literally called Credit Card Support and been hung up on 5 times since last night. I waited an hour to speak to a manager and we were in the process of taking care of my account and was disconnected/hung up on. Who do I speak to about this because this is not acceptable. The fact that I was patient enough to try 5 times was stupid on my end.
