I bought a laptop because I was told by registering for the rewards program it would allow me to have 30 days on a return. That's the only reason I went through Best Buy. I ended up finding a better laptop cheaper and I was told I can't return because I was one day ( now 2) over my 15 days. I feel lied to and that Best Buy misrepresented itself. I will not shop at Best Buy again.
