Complaint to Best Buy Store Manager

I had a very unpleasant encounter with the store supervisor today for the bestbuy store located at Oswego IL. And I would not recommend shopping at this Best Buy location. The supervisor's attitude and choice of words were highly offensive and unprofessional. She is one of the two on duty store supervisor standing at the entrance of the store, suppose to greet cusomters not to insult them! 

 

During a routine transaction, the supervisor made a comment that was both inappropriate and discriminatory. I was shocked and taken aback by her words, and I felt extremely disrespected as a customer.

When I brought this issue to the supervisor's attention, she showed no remorse and refused to acknowledge the seriousness of her actions. Instead, she became defensive and argumentative, making the situation even worse.

As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this store and will be sharing my negative experience with others. I hope that Best Buy takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of this supervisor to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar mistreatment in the future.
