I've tried repeatedly to post the details of my complaint but after it says "posted" nothing ever shows up in my prior posts.  It's given me the message that they were marked as spam...which is stupid.  I guess this shouldn't come as a surprise considering how BB failed at everything else during this ordeal.  Please message me for details of complaint.
